Founder & Senior Pastor
APOSTLE BARBARA is an apostolic teacher with a prophetic mantle called to bring God's people into the full recognition of who they are in Jesus Christ. She flows in the revelation gifts of the Spirit through the Word of Knowledge, Word of Wisdom and Prophecy as well as the gift of Healing. Apostle Barbara has been commissioned and mandated by God to teach, train and develop leaders in the Kingdom of God who will positively and eternally impact this world for Christ.
Apostle Barbara has completed five years of training in the School of The Prophets under the anointed teaching and leadership of Apostle Paul Shields. She holds three teaching certificates, including the advanced level from the Evangelical Teachers Training Association.
Apostle Barbara’s secular career includes executive level management experience within a wide variety of managed health care environments. This expertise, when enhanced by a liberal outpouring of the wisdom of God and the anointing of God, has proven to be effective in establishing Biblical principles and organizational protocols for expanding the Kingdom of God.
Apostle Barbara stands on the foundation of the Bible as the infallible, indestructible, inerrant Word of God and that it is undoubtedly THE solution. She has a heart for worship and her favorite place is in the sweet presence of God.

The leadership team of The River has been personally trained, developed, and counseled by our Apostle to demonstrate the Kingdom character that is necessary to build up the Body of Christ, and impact the earth in these end times. They are a group of Spirit-led servant-leaders who are committed to the vision of this local house and the building of God's Kingdom.
Prophet Alexis Bush
Prophet Alexis currently functions as the Administrator at ROLKM. She also serves as the Armor Bearer and assistant for Apostle Barbara. She stands in the office of a Prophet, flows in the Word of Knowledge and operates in the gifts of healing. Prophet Alexis is a devoted student of the Word and passionately and diligently seeks the face and mind of God. She is anointed to teach the Word of God for practical application of the Word, and plays an integral role in the ministry as one of the River’s chief intercessors. Prophet Alexis has a heart for youth and oversees a ministry that focuses on the issues that teen girls routinely face.
Pastor Orlando Fourte
Pastor Orlando is an Associate Pastor at ROLKM where he oversees Project Connect, the ministry's evangelism and outreach arm. His zeal for winning the lost is infectious! Pastor Orlando is a member of the Creative Arts ministry and anointed in interpretational worship and fervent in his praise for the Lord. He has a passion for the lost, broken and brokenhearted. Pastor Orlando’s zeal for winning the lost for the Kingdom of God is infectious. He is a proud and loving husband and father of 3 beautiful children. As a Mill Operator, even when it comes to day to day, it is all about Kingdom business and seeing to it that he demonstrates the light of Jesus in the marketplace that all may see and experience the love of God.
Pastor Terrence Gamble
Pastor Terrance is an Associate Pastor at ROLKM where he has administrative oversight for the following ministries: Christian Education and the Ushers/Greeters. He and his wife, Erika, also oversee OneFlesh Marriage Ministry. He has an apostolic anointing to lead leaders, a passion for evangelism, and is a dynamic Kingdom-minded teacher. Pastor Terrance is fervent in prayer and plays an integral role in the ministry as one of The River’s chief intercessors. He is an experienced nurse and a compassionate clinician specializing in caring for complex conditions and ministering to patients receiving hospice services. This secular ministry has provided many opportunities for prayer and to introduce patients and families to the Savior, Jesus. He is a devoted husband to Erika, loving father of four.
Pastor Jason Palmer
Pastor Jason is an Associate Pastor at ROLKM where he oversees the Men After God Men's Ministry and the Men After God Podcast. He is a founding member and treasurer of The River. He oversees Men After God Men's Ministry, Men of Valor Program (MVP) for young men and Closing the Gap Financial Empowerment Ministry. In addition, he also partners with his wife, Tammy, to oversee The Father's Business, ROLKM's Marketplace Ministry. Pastor Jason is a demonstrative speaker who teaches biblical principles regarding faith and resource management in order to liberate Kingdom citizens from financial bondage while motivating them to walk in their God-given destiny. Pastor Jason also works in investment management, and has an MBA from the University of Chicago and a BS in Finance from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.. He is the loving and committed husband to his wife, Tammy, and father to their two children.
Elder Tammy Palmer
Elder Tammy is a founding member of ROLKM who has a heart for worship and the Word of God. She teaches the Word of God with methodical clarity and serves in the praise and worship and intercessory prayer ministries. Prophetess Tammy alongside her husband, Jason, applies her passion for Kingdom entrepreneurship by overseeing The Father’s Business. She also oversees the ROLKM's event planning, branding, and marketing efforts. She holds a degree in English Education from UIUC and is a former English teacher. She now operates as the owner and visionary of Behind the Veil Design Studio, LLC, a thriving wedding and event planning agency. Tammy is also the founder of Faith4Fertility, a ministry that encourages couples who are challenged with infertility, miscarriage, and pregnancy loss to apply their faith in God in order to conceive healthy children.
Elder Daina Roberson
Elder Daina Roberson is a founding member of River of Life Kingdom Ministries and The House of Esther (THOE). She oversees THOE Women's ministry and is an anointed leader of praise and worship in both the song and the dance. She plays an integral role in the ministry as one of The River’s chief intercessors as lead for the Intercessory Prayer team. Elder Daina is also responsible for Divine Health, the River’s Health and Wellness ministry. She is a dynamic teacher of the Word with true revelation knowledge of the Kingdom and effectively operates in the prophetic office. Elder Daina also flows in the gift of healing. She has been graced to apply these anointings in her chosen profession. Elder Daina is a double board certified, licensed physician in 2 states and currently practices both Internal Medicine and Pediatrics in Dyer, IN.
Pastor Donnie Roberson
Pastor Donnie is an Associate Pastor at ROLKM where he serves as the Facilities Manager, oversees the media ministry, and is accountable for security technology. He also has administrative oversight for the Discipleship Ministry and works collaboratively with Men After God. He is an apostolic teacher of the Word of God and always delivers the Word with a clarity, so that all can easily apply it to their lives. His call to the Pastoral office is demonstrated by his tender heart for people, especially the homeless and helpless. He loves to serve and bring hope to those within the ministry and outside of its walls. Pastor Donnie holds a degree and certifications in Information Technology and is currently employed as an IT professional with a major transportation entity. He is the loving and devoted father of four sons with his wife Daina.
