Our Mission
River of Life Kingdom Ministries, Inc. is an organization that is committed to inspiring, educating, training and equipping local citizens to take an active role in government and society. The Ministry addresses the needs of the total man- spirit, soul, and body through teaching and demonstration of sound doctrine. We take a grass roots approach to neighborhood revitalization and community re-organization.

In order to facilitate our mission, we provide life-skills training, encouragement and support to the membership and the community. Additionally, we organize and fund positive activities for families surrounding health/fitness, educational support and job training.

MEN AFTER GOD
The River’s Men’s Ministry is dedicated to building up the total man- spiritually, emotionally, physically, and mentally. God is calling for men of integrity, character, and valor to represent Him and His Kingdom here in the earth. River of Life Kingdom Ministries is building and supporting mighty men - men of destiny who love the Lord with their whole hearts and who thrive on and in His Word! We believe, according to the Word of God, that men have been set by God as the heads and priests of their households and are therefore accountable as the providers and protectors of their families.
GENERATION XCELLENCE
GenX is a ministry with a mandate to develop and prepare the youth of River of Life Kingdom Ministries to be the people of excellence that God has called them to be. GenX helps to propel young people into their God ordained destinies and purposes through teaching the principles of the Word of God that will develop and empower them to be victorious Kingdom citizens.
ONEFLESH MARRIAGE MINISTRY
OneFlesh provides tools and resources for marriage enrichment and the development of healthy relationships through the teaching of Biblical principles. The ministry embraces those who have experienced divorce or widowhood as well as those who are living single. It is an interactive ministry that engages participants in provocative discussions that lead to Biblical solutions.
THE HOUSE OF ESTHER
THOE is River of Life's Women's Ministry. It is a spiritual spa ministering to the Body of Christ. The ministry’s aim is to refresh and restore women in every area of their lives and bring them to a personal revelation that they are fearfully and wonderfully made, God’s handiwork. THOE addresses issues that touch the hearts and souls of women. The ministry provides Biblical wisdom as well as support through insight and sharing of life events by participants and leaders.
PROJECT CONNECT
Project Connect is the outreach arm of River of Life with a mission to drastically infect communities with the love of God. Project Connect ministers through benevolent giving and prayer while advancing the gospel of the Kingdom. The ministry has a heart for the lost, homeless, and hopeless. Project Connect is unwavering in its intent to spread the good news that Jesus still saves.
MEN OF VALOR & POWER
MVP provides mentoring for young men whose ages range from 7-18 years old. MVP’s goal is to positively impact this critical age group where young men are maturing and making major decisions which will ultimately affect the rest of their lives. MVP seeks to help youth make appropriate practical decisions during this time in their lives which will lead to successful futures.
DIVINE HEALTH & WELLNESS
The Ministry annually offers free courses and/or seminars to the local community with a concentration on preventative health, health maintenance and wellness, and proper hygiene. The focus is on topics such as but not limited to: performing proper breast self-exams, prostate exams, hypertension, diabetes, obesity, smoking cessation, emotional health, nutrition, exercise and fitness. Established collaborative community relationships and voluntary support from professional associations allows us to enlist and utilize practicing physicians and clinical professionals to lead small group classes and information sessions. We also conduct free health fairs staffed by the members of the Ministry (which include several registered nurses, a physician and other health care professionals). This provides the surrounding community access to various health and wellness resources and screenings.
THE DANIEL HOUSE
The Daniel House is a component of Literacy for Life, The Ministry partners with local elementary schools to improve reading scores on standard achievement tests through a tutor/mentoring program. We that there are many opportunities to contribute to and assist with improving outcomes.
LITERACY FOR LIFE
Literacy for Life, a component of “The Daniel House”, is an extensive supplemental educational support program for elementary and high school students living in the south suburbs. This program primarily targets students who face relationship and behavioral challenges. All volunteers adhere to a thorough criminal background check and training. Alliances are formed with various schools in the local community, which will allow Literacy for Life to target and support students from all economic backgrounds.
CLOSING THE GAP - Financial Literacy Program
CTG presents courses that teach timeless and Biblical based principals that promote and improve financial literacy. Course topics tools include: Financial Discipline; Budgeting Tools; Debt Elimination; The Tortoise vs. The Hare (personal investing); Financial Planning; Wealth Creation; Generational Wealth; Retirement Planning; Trust & Estate Planning.
LIFE APPLICATION OF THE WORD (LAW) SCHOOL
LAW is a series of classes that serve the needs of adults of River of Life Kingdom Ministries and the community. LAW School consists of 12 lessons that provide tools and resources that address but are not limited to: Time and Money Management; Exploring Education Opportunities; Job readiness; Resume Writing; as well as Relationship and Career success. LAW School will provide an in-depth understanding of how to:
